Cerci is looking forward to start his new adventure with the Bergamaschi as he was officially presented on Monday.
He admitted that joining the Nerazzurri was his main desire during this transfer window and therefore expressed his joy for achieving this objective.
"I'm here because I wanted Atalanta at all cost," were the first words of the new Atalanta player. "The environment is the ideal to mature and aim high."
Cerci is not sure that coach Gigi Delneri will play him as a first team player, but he will give his best in order to prove all of his worth.
"I promise the fans what they expect, that is a lot of commitment and desire," he explained. "However, it will be up to the coach to make his choices."
The winger played on loan at Pisa last season where he had 26 appearances and scored 10 goals in the process.
