Giuly Wants PSG - Agent

Giuly only signed for the Giallorossi from Barcelona last summer, but despite making 32 Serie appearances and scoring six goals, he struggled to nail down a regular place team, and indeed made just 17 starts.

The 32-year-old is keen to leave the Eternal City in search of regular first team football, and there have been constant reports in the media that PSG are trying to bring the wideman back to his French homeland.

“Giuly wants to leave Roma, not because of family issues, but because he is playing rarely here,” the player’s agent Alain Migliaccio told Il Romanista.

“I can say that talks with PSG are in progress, but I don’t know what terms have been discussed.

”There are no money problems at Roma, but Ludovic thought he would be playing consistently.

“Instead he has been used less than he was at Barcelona and I can confirm that he won’t be staying in Rome.

A transfer fee of around €2m has been mooted for Giuly, whose former French clubs are Lyon (1994-98) and Monaco (1998-2004).
